1. Digital Products
All products offered are digital. No physical product will be shipped. Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a download or access link. It is the buyer’s responsibility to save and back up their files, when applicable.
2. Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are included when indicated. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by our payment service provider.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our products, no refunds will be issued once an order has been completed, except in the event of a technical issue preventing access to the product. In that case, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at: laboueedigitale@gmail.com.
4. Personal Use Only
Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or resale is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
5. Intellectual Property
All content (texts, images, audio files, PDFs) is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of La Bouée Digitale, or of the author in the case of an e-book. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability
The information contained in our products is provided for informational purposes only and does not replace medical, psychological, or professional advice. The author or La Bouée Digitale cannot be held liable for decisions made by the user as a result of reading or using the product.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The version in effect is always the one available on the website at the time of purchase.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Joliette, Québec, Canada.
